Church Picnic 2024
We will meet for our annual church picnic at 5pm on Sunday, June 30th. This will be a potluck dinner at Freedom Park (on the corner of 13th and Jones). Be sure to sign up in the bulletin board on the hall.

Women’s Brunch + Crafting
All ladies of the church are invited to the Larson Home at 10am on Saturday, May 18th, for a potluck brunch and a time of crafting. Baby Shower for Rachel Eze
There will be a baby shower honoring Rachel Eze at 1pm on Saturday, April 20th. All ladies of the church are invited to attend as Kamto and Rachel Eze prepare for the arrival of their baby girl. Rachel and Kamto are registered on Amazon.

Vacation Bible School: Breaker Rock Beach
Every year in July, First Baptist Church hosts its annual Vacation Bible School. We offer teaching, crafts, snacks, games, missions and music all centered around one biblical theme. With focused attention given to every age group, we welcome all children entering Kindergarten – entering 6th grade. Vacation Bible School will run 5:45pm-8:00pm – July 8th-12th. We will serve dinner those evenings at 5:15pm. To register your child for this event, go HERE.

Harry’s Hay Days – 2024
We are in need of volunteers for Harry’s Hay Days on Saturday, May 4th. The city will be providing the inflatables and more, but we need to staff the event. Volunteer shifts will be for 2 hour segments at 10am-12pm, 12pm-2pm, and 2pm-4pm. A signup sheet and more details are available on the bulletin board in the hall. Members’ Meeting
On Sunday, April 28th, we will have our regularly scheduled quarterly members’ meeting following the morning service. There will be a potluck lunch beforehand in the Faith Center Gym. Come and be encouraged through hearing updates regarding various ministries and participate in making decisions regarding the life and direction of the church.

Clothes Closet
The Clothes Closet will be open 8am-11am on Saturday, April 20th. We have a wide assortment of shoes, clothes, and household items available. No appointments for the clothes closet will be made until after the event. We also ask that you do not bring donations until after April 20th. Thank you!

Dessert Auction
We will hold a Dessert Auction at 5pm on Sunday, April 14th. This auction will be a fundraiser to help send the youth to summer camp. Everyone is invited to bring a dessert to auction away! For more details, contact Youth Director, Dan Holsten.

Easter Breakfast 2024
In place of our regular Equipping Hour and Sunday School, we will have a potluck breakfast at 9:15am on Easter Sunday, March 31st. More information and a signup sheet is available on the bulletin board in the hall. We hope you can join us for this time of fellowship before the 10:30am Worship Service.
