Interview
The first step in our membership process is to set up an informal get to know you type meeting. This is a great opportunity for us to hear your testimony, learn about your life a bit and answer any remaining questions you may have about the church. You can contact the church office or our pastor to set up a time.
Membership Matters
The second step in our membership process is to attend an informative membership class that covers the church’s vision, statement of faith, church covenant, leadership style, worship philosophy, and many other areas. Our hope is to slow you down just enough to help you understand First Baptist Church, learn what you can expect from us and understand what is expected of you as a member.
Church Affirmation
The final step in our membership process is to then stand before the congregation in one of our regular Sunday morning services and affirm your personal trust in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins and the hope of eternal life. Following this, the church will affirm you as a new member of our church family!
