Vacation Bible School: Magnified

  • 5:45 pm – 8:00 pm
Every year in the summer, First Baptist Church hosts its annual Vacation Bible School.  We offer teaching, crafts, snacks, games, missions and music all centered around one biblical theme.  With focused attention given to every age group, we welcome all children entering Kindergarten – entering 6th grade. This year’s theme will be “Magnified.” Vacation Bible School will run 5:45pm-8:00pm – June 16th-20th. We will serve dinner those evenings at 5:15pm.  Register HERE.

Dessert Auction & Pie Eating Contest

  • 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
We will hold our annual youth camp fundraiser dessert auction on Sunday, April 27th. The auction will be held from 4pm to 6pm with a brief intermission to hold our first pie eating contest. Do you like pie? Do you like helping send the youth to camp? Consider signing up for the pie eating contest! A $25 donation secures your spot in the contest. Snodgrass Farewell

We will gather in the Faith Center Gym following the morning service on Sunday, March 16th, to say farewell to the Snodgrass family. Come and see the family off as they prepare to return to Scotland so that Simon and Hannah can resume their work with CEF. The Measure of a Man: Men’s Study

On Wednesday, February 12th, a new men’s study through the book, The Measure of a Man, will begin. The study will meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesday nights from 8:00-9:15pm. See Clint Blankenship for more information.

Esther: Women’s Bible Study

  • 9:30 am – 7:00 pm
The seasonal ladies’ Bible study will begin on Tuesday, February 25th. All ladies are invited to attend. Melody Singleton will be leading the morning session at 9:30am and Sheryl Nelson will be leading the evening study at 6:00pm. Youth Fundraiser – Valentine’s Dinner 2025

Everyone is invited to a Valentine’s themed spaghetti dinner at 6pm on Saturday, February 15th. Dinner, dessert, and games are on the menu.
