Backyard Bible Club with CEF
On Monday, June 20th to Friday, June 24th, from 10:30am-noon, we will partner with Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) to host a Backyard Bible Club. The club will be held at Oak Tree Square Apartments, right behind the church, on those dates. We need volunteers to help promote the club beforehand and to help during the actual club. If you are interested, sign up in the hallway.

Vacation Bible School: Monumental
Every year in July, First Baptist Church hosts its annual Vacation Bible School. We offer teaching, crafts, snacks, games, missions and music all centered around one biblical theme. With focused attention given to every age group, we welcome all children entering Kindergarten – entering 6th grade. Harry’s Hay Days – 2022
On Saturday, May 7th, from 10:00am-4:00pm, First Baptist Church will be participating in the citywide festival called, “Harry’s Hay Days.” We will be hosting carnival games, face painters, balloon artists, Chick-fil-A, Life 88.5 and more, right here in our parking lot. Secret Church 2022
We will meet in homes this year for Secret Church 2022. This evening of teaching will begin at 6pm on Friday, April 29th. More information and signup sheets are available on the bulletin board. You can learn more about secret church here.

Follow Me: Evening Bible Study
Beginning March 13th, join us on Sunday evenings at 6:00pm for a 6 week study titled Follow Me. This will be a video based study, but companion books are available for $10 for those who would like to go deeper. We will meet in the sanctuary. You can find an introduction to this study HERE.

Easter Sunday 2022
We hope you will join us on Easter Sunday, April 17th. We will meet together at 9:15am for a Potluck Breakfast in the Faith Center Gym followed by our Easter Service at 10:30am.

Join us on Sunday, April 10th, for Palm Sunday. Bible Study and Sunday School begins at 9:15am and Worship Service starts at 10:30am.

Members’ Meeting
Members’ Meetings are held quarterly. If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, please email the office and a Zoom meeting link will be sent to you on the evening of the meeting. During the March meeting we will be having a ballot election for 3 new members to the nominating committee. Nominating committee members serve a 2 year term. This is according to our church constitution.

Explicit Gospel: Evening Bible Study
Beginning January 9th, join us on Sunday evenings at 6:00pm for a 6 week study through the Explicit Gospel. Books will be available in the Welcome Center and are $10 each. We will meet in the sanctuary. You can find an introduction to this study HERE.
